1.  Do you have more styles coming out?
Brixton Street Wear will be bringing out limited stock and limited styles in each clothing collection.  The merchandise will only be available until sold out and then we will be launching a different collection in the next few months. The merchandise may or may not become available again so if you like something, don’t hesitate, hit the buy button. 😜. 
The reason for doing it this way is that we don’t have the room to hold lots of stock so I hope you understand?
2.  Where is Brixton Street Wear based?


At the moment Brixton Street Wear is an online only company but every time you order, you are bringing us a little bit closer to getting an office, shop or warehouse, this would be amazing 😉

If we do get that far, it will obviously be based in Brixton

3.  Where are your products shipped from?

All our products are shipped from the UK using 2nd class signed for Royal Mail.

4.  Can I speed up my shipping?

All our orders are posted out with Royal Mail, 2nd class recorded delivery. If you wanted something quicker then please message us at or use the contact us page and we will try our best to get it to you quicker, there will be a cost attached to this though 😉

5.  Can you ship international shipping?

We do offer international shipping.

The cost per order to send to Europe is £12.00

The cost per order for the Rest of the World is £17.00

6.  How can I pay for my order?

Brixton Street Wear currently accepts all major credit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal.

7.  How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 14 business days, may be slighter longer if we are receiving a high volume of orders.

8.  How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and you keep keep a check on it from there 👍

9.  Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel orders but we may be able to amend them so please contact us as soon as possible to see what we can do to help.

10.  Can I exchange my order?

If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and let us know the new size and/or product that you need.  Please remember to include your order number in your return.

11.  How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 28 days of being received , as long as they are in unworn condition and in their original packaging. Please contact us to organise this on

12.  What do I do if my order is damaged? 

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. We will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You can contact us via email to organise this.

13.  I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and we are here to help make things right. Please contact us on or use the contact us page so that we can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.

14.  Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page.  Unless otherwise specified sizing is by chest inches or waist for men, clothes size for women ( i.e 8, 10)  and waist and by age for kids.

15.  My discount code is not working, what do I do? 

We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, we know how annoying this must be.  Please contact us either on Instagram or Facebook message and we will help you rectify the problem as soon as possible.

16.  Why have you chosen those names for your logos?

Record logo - just because it looks like a record!

BXTN - it’s just an abbreviation of Brixton

Loughborough - I have lived on Loughborough Estate on Loughborough Road for 21 years so its a massive part of who I am.

Coldharbour  - I spent a lot of my younger days in and around Coldharbour Lane as a kid so thought I would include it!
