At the moment Brixton Street Wear is an online only. We also do Pop-Up shops, keep an eye on our socials or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when and where these take place.
Our aim is to have a Community Hub based in Brixton one day and every time you order, you are bringing us a little bit closer to making this a reality 😉
When we are in a position to open a Community Hub, it will obviously be based in Brixton.
3. Where are your products shipped from?
All our products are shipped from the UK using 2nd class signed for Royal Mail.
And to keep our costs low and due to lack of storage space, we sometimes order on demand so your orders can take up to two weeks. We hope you support us in this, as we are a small business and can’t compete with the next day delivery of other brands 😬
4. Can I speed up my shipping?
All our orders are posted out with Royal Mail, 2nd class recorded delivery. If you wanted something quicker then please message us at email@example.com or use the contact us page and we will try our best to get it to you quicker, there will be a cost attached to this though 😉
5. Can you ship international shipping?
We do offer international shipping.
The cost per order to send to Europe is £12.00
The cost per order for the Rest of the World is £17.00
6. How can I pay for my order?
Brixton Street Wear currently accepts all major credit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal.
7. How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 14 business days, may be slighter longer if we are receiving a high volume of orders.
8. How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and you keep keep a check on it from there 👍
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel orders but we may be able to amend them so please contact us as soon as possible to see what we can do to help.
10. Can I exchange my order?
If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and let us know the new size and/or product that you need. Please remember to include your order number in your return.

Returns are accepted for all items within 28 days of being received , as long as they are in unworn condition and in their original packaging. Please contact us to organise this on email@example.com

12. What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. We will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You can contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise this.

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and we are here to help make things right. Product sizing varies between different items. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page.
